Our Executive Director, Leslie Bryant, started with LNFI in July 2007.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Wesleyan University in 2005 with a degree in Mass Communications.  Leslie worked in Human Resources at RadioShack Corporate Headquarters for a year but decided she wanted to do something that truly touched people’s lives.  She became alternatively certified to teach Pre-K through 4th grade and taught Kindergarten at a Birdville ISD school.  Leslie served as a program director and Grant-writer for her first two years at LNFI, then served as our Director of Development for 3 years, and is now honored to serve in her new role as Executive Director.  Leslie is passionate about helping our children and dedicated to our work.

Our Volunteer Coordinator, Laura Biggs, was born in Louisiana; however, most of her childhood was spent in Ocean City, Maryland. Laura has lived in Texas for the majority of her life where she met her husband and had two wonderful children. Laura majored in Biology at Baylor University with aspirations to become a veterinarian, but God had other plans for her! Laura says her hope is to become a full time teacher at a Christian school because she has a true passion to teach children about the Lord and His overwhelming love for them.  She loves being a part of the LNFI team and changing children’s lives!!
